FCBL Inks Streaming Partnership WIth Blue Frame TechnologyNew Britain, CT (June 30, 2020) -- The Futures Collegiate Baseball League has announced its new partnership with BlueFrame Technology to provide live streaming services to its six team franchises, beginning with its 2020 modified schedule set to commence on July 2. FCBL teams will use BlueFrame’s industry-leading Production Truck software and digital broadcast distribution to stream every game this season to the newly formed FCBL Network, which will provide fans the ability to watch all games from around the league via a new custom network website, www.fcblnetwork.com. “We are excited to bring our brand of baseball to our fans through BlueFrame Technology,” FCBL Commissioner Joe Paolucci said. “This is just another innovative platform that we can use to provide Futures League access to everyone.”
All FCBL Network broadcasts will be available to fans via two pay-per-view options: For a limited time, the FCBL and BlueFrame are making the All-Access Pass available for just $75 until July 5. To purchase, visit the FCBL Network website at www.fcblnetwork.com and select a broadcast and follow the purchase instructions. In addition to the network website, fans will soon be able to watch their teams on FCBL branded mobile apps for iOS, Android and Amazon Fire Tablets, as well as for popular streaming TV devices like Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Android TV, and Roku. The FCBL Network app is already available on Roku, and other TV and mobile apps will be released in the coming weeks. Celebrating its 10th season of operation, the FCBL is regarded as one of the most talented and competitive college wood bat leagues in the country over its first decade of play. The league comprises four teams in Massachusetts and one each in Connecticut and New Hampshire. A traditional season for the FCBL consists of a 56-game, nine-week schedule, but due to COVID-19 complications the 2020 season will be reduced to a 39-game schedule that will conclude with a best-of-three series between the league’s top two teams in late August. “BlueFrame Technology is proud to be the official video streaming platform of the FCBL,” commented Mark Krug, Director of Partnerships at BlueFrame. “All of us in the sports industry are excited for the return of sports and our work with the FCBL and their teams will provide baseball fans from across the country watch some of the best college players in the country finally take the field and compete. It’s an exciting partnership for us and our team is ready to provide fans a front row seat to all the action.” |
