WILL BE PLAYED SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd AS PART OF A DOUBLE HEADER
(New Britain, Conn., September 2, 2016) The New Britain Bees announced today that, due to the impending tropical storm, the game originally scheduled for Sunday, September 4th at 1:35 PM between the New Britain Bees and the Long Island Ducks has been rescheduled as part of single-admission doubleheader on Saturday, September 3rd. First pitch will be at 6:35 PM, with each game scheduled for 7 innings and game 2 slated to start 30 minutes following the conclusion of game 1.
Saturday’s promotions, which includes the Martin Rosol’s Water Bottle Giveaway, Martin Rosol’s Labor Day Raffle, Social Media Saturday, and Latin American Heritage Night will occur prior to and during the first game of the double header.
Ticket holders for Sunday’s (9/4) game can exchange their tickets at the New Britain Stadium Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any one of the remaining Bees regular season home games during the 2016 season, based on availability.
